The breakfast spread was amazing, with a wide variety of healthy and fresh options to choose from. It was perfect for vegans and vegetarians, and we appreciated the abundance of choices. The staff, particularly Hurshid, was very attentive and cute. They made us feel valued and took care of our needs promptly. The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to the main sights and just a short walk from the metro/tram station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and visit the popular tourist sites.

The hotel is located in a pedestrian precinct, making it a convenient choice for those who enjoy walking around. It is also close to the tram system, allowing easy access to various attractions. However, please note that the hotel is next to two night clubs that can be noisy at times. Despite this, the hotel is still within walking distance to all the main attractions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with daily cleaning and towel changes. The staff are friendly and helpful, with one staff member being fluent in Arabic. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee are provided and regularly refilled. The breakfast, served on the 7th floor with a beautiful view, is fresh, delicious, and diverse. The hotel staff truly love their job and even surprised us with a fruit plate on our last night.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and newly remodeled. The staff, especially Orhan, provided excellent service and were great too make us feel welcome. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and tasted great. The hotel is located in a perfect location, close to public transportation and surrounded by shops and restaurants. it is conveniently located near Taksim Square and the city center, making it easy to explore this city's historic monuments.

I particularly appreciated the daily room service, which provided complimentary water, tea, and coffee. The location is perfect, with the Grand Bazar just a short walk away and easy access to public transportation. The highlight was the delicious breakfast served on the top floor, providing stunning views over the city.

One particular staff member, Mr Orhan, made our stay lovely with his helpful recommendations. The hotel's location is also perfect, offering easy access to popular attractions and convenient transportation options. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied every day.
